Greater Noida (05/11/2023): The esteemed guests included Prof. Dr. Beatriz Bizotto and Mrs. Vilma Luz Barbosa as well as honorable members of the SMC – Dean of Gautam Buddha University Prof. Dr. Shweta Anand, Principal of Indirapuram Public School Mrs. Snehlata Krishnan, the Director of Grads International School Dr. Roya Singh, Principal Mrs. Aditi Basu Roy and Vice Principal Malaya Paul, teachers’ representative Shivangi Dikshit and Pooja Nailwal and parents’ representative Pratiksha Sharma and Narayan Verma.
Dr. Beatriz professor at the University Center UNIFACVEST Lages SC, Brazil is a national and international speaker, with an emphasis on sustainable entrepreneurship, financial education, new educational technologies among other topics.
Ms. Vilma is a multilingual educator who has graduated in Portuguese, Spanish and English languages. She is also a postgraduate in Teaching Languages- English. An International English teacher, communication skill coach, mentor and an UNO representative Ms Vilma believes education is the key to making the world a better place.
Mr. Shithilesh and the school choir under Ms. Sanchari chanted the interfaith prayers. A prize distribution ceremony where the winners as well as the participants of Indo Brazil Competitions were awarded certificates and medals followed by cultural presentations by the students of the school.
After the cultural event, the delegates were taken for a tour around the school. They visited classrooms demonstrating various SDG Goals. They also visited the ayurvedic garden and Vermicompost pit and enjoyed the SDG exhibition.
The Brazilian delegates said Grads International School is a dream school where children are nurtured in an ideal and holistic way training them to contribute and accomplish all SDG goals.
