Graduation Day Ceremony Held At Grads International School

Greater Noida (21/04/2023): Grads International School celebrated its Graduation day 2023 with pomp and show. Director- Dr. Roya Singh, Principal- Aditi Basu Roy and Vice Principal- Malaya Paul congratulated the UKG, class 5 and class 8 graduates of the 2022-23 session on their accomplishments, and now stepping into the next leg of their academic journey.

The celebration started with the lamp lighting ceremony and seeking the blessings of Lord Ganesha as the school Choir, directed by their mentor Ms. Sanchari Bhattacharjee, performed the Ganesh Vandana. This was followed by dance performances by the students of UKG, who performed the Space Unicorn Dance and Nanhe kadam. The tiny tots also staged a fabulous play – ‘The Lion and the Rabbit’, which won accolades from the audience.

The program was hosted by Jagriti Kumari and Rudraansh Jha. The audience was amazed by the stunning graduation day speech delivered by Shiromani, Suryansh and Sakshi of UKG.

Viraaj Singh from Grade 5, Sneha and Om from Grade 8 shared their experiences at Grads International School with the audience.

The Graduates of Pre-primary, Primary and Middle school were felicitated by our Principal Aditi Basu Roy and Director Dr. Roya Singh.

Principal Aditi Basu Roy spoke about the role of parents in setting the right example to their children and ensuring they are involved in the lives and activities of their children. She emphasized that every child is special and it is just a matter of polishing these skills that can be done best when the school and parents, both make a conscious and collaborative effort. Ms Aditi Basu Roy also spoke about the encouragement and happiness that can be seen in the eyes of a child when he/she sees his/ her parents in the audience. So, attending a child’s event and performance has immense effect in the character building and happiness of a child.

Parents also shared their feedback about the school and how Grads International has helped groom their children and visibly contributed to their holistic development.

The program was concluded with a colourful dance performance that showcased the harvest festival celebrated across various states of India namely Assam, West Bengal, Kerala, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh ending with every Indian’s favourite ‘Mere Desh ki Dharti’ as the grand finale.
