Greater Noida, Friday 03rd May 2024: CSE Department of I.T.S Engineering College, one of the Premier Institution in the field of Engineering and Management Education organized a one day Industrial Visit to Cetpa Infotech Pvt. Ltd., Sec. 2, Noida on Friday 03rd May 2024 and aimed to give the students a better understanding of the kind of work done in the IT industry and the skills required to excel in this field. 45+ students from CSE & AIML Department along with Ghanshyam Yadav, Assistant Professor (CSE) went for the visit. This visit was planned to help students get familiar with the current job scenarios. It was mainly focused to understand about various technologies in demand for job as Fresher’s. The students were given a special lecture by trained instructors on Full Stack Application Development, Data Science and knowledge about how this technology can improve their career growth. The students were given a tour of the company and were thoroughly informed and demonstrated about various projects under development by Company.

CETPA Infotech, a leading IT training and development company. CETPA Infotech Pvt. Ltd, Noida which is one of the reputed companies in IT, Networking, CAD & Embedded Training sectors. The objective of this visit was to make the students well familiar with theoretical as well as practical aspects of technologies like Full Stack Application Development, Data Science & Analytics with AI/ML, Cloud Computing, Robotics and CCNA etc. The students were given a presentation about the company’s services, which included training and certification in various technologies such as Java, .NET, and Python, among others. They were also given a tour of the company’s training facilities, which impressed the students with their modern infrastructure and the use of advanced technologies for training purposes.
Company official welcomed the faculty member and student of ITS. The introduction session was conducted by Ishika Mam, Sr. Relationship Executive at CETPA. During the session the major edge of technology over several fields was discussed. Nitin (Sr. Tech. Lead) also briefed about the Full Stack Application Development, present scenario and needs of the IT sector. Other trained instructors also briefed about the AI, ML & Data Science and knowledge about how these technology can improve their career growth.
Students were shown all labs & physical facilities available in CETPA Infotech. Students were then taken to the Cisco Lab, where they were given a demonstration of the various Cisco technologies and equipment used in the lab. The students were particularly impressed with the state-of-the-art equipment and facilities available in the lab.
The students were provided with guidance and support by the lab instructors. They were able to work on a variety of Cisco technologies such as routers, switches, and firewalls. The students were also given the opportunity to work on Cisco’s networking protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.
The students were particularly impressed by the company’s emphasis on practical training and hands-on experience, which they felt was crucial for success in the IT industry. They also learned about the importance of certifications and how they could help them in their future careers. The students were particularly impressed with the state-of-the-art infrastructure and technology that was being used by the company. They observed the use of the latest tools and software in the development process, which helped in streamlining the workflow and increasing efficiency.
The dignitaries motivated and encouraged the students to participate in such events by telling them about the current market scenario and said that participation in such industrial visit events enhance their ability and creativity skills to develop things instantaneously. Finally, Ghanshyam Yadav gave a vote of thanks on behalf of the CSE department for extending their support and cooperation to all speakers and other staff members who helped to successfully organize the event. They gained a better understanding of the kind of work done in the IT industry, the skills required to excel in this field and the importance of practical training and hands-on experience.
