Greater Noida (23/11/2022): Department of MBA, I.T.S. Engineering College organized Orientation Programme to welcome MBA 14th Fresher Batch 2020-22 on 23rd November 2022 at Raman Hall. The Programme was inaugurated with welcome and briefing by Prof. Sana Vakeel. After that Prof. Sachin Sinha, HOD MBA took session on USP (Unique Selling Proposition) of MBA at ITS Engineering College. He also gave a detailed presentation about two year programme and introduced their faculty colleagues. The programme continued Address by Dr. Mayank Garg, Director ITS Engineering College, he first welcomed the students and wished them a very bright future. He told students about the culture and achievements of ITS Education group. His valuable insight and visionary words motivated students to become successful in their life. He explained various things regarding business, management, entrepreneurship, innovation and leadership which can also help them to contribute towards their family, society and nation after their MBA.
In continuation Chief Guest – Dr. Shruti Sinha, Technology Educator, LKM-Business Innovation & Human Skills Accenture India, took a wonderful session on “Industry Expectations for MBA graduates”. She focused on practical learning approach for the students, creativity & innovation, She also discussed the current scenario of industry which got entirely changed due to COVID pandemic and new skills required to match the same. She handled the student’s queries very wisely.
External Industry expert- Sunil Raina delivered a lecture on “Success mantra for MBA Graduates”. He also shared his real life experiences with industry case examples.
The orientation programme Day 1 was exciting and fun filled process involving various games, experiential exercises, case solving sessions, role plays etc. Most of these sessions involved students to participate in a group, thus bringing in the first lessons on management.
The program was concluded with warm wishes to the students for coming session on next day. Prof. Sana Vakeel extended thanks to all students and faculty for providing their whole hearty support in organizing the event.
