> Galgotias University shook hands with Spic Macay to start it’s Spic Macay Chapter. SPIC MACAY is society for the promotion of Indian classical music and culture amongst youth.
> It is a voluntary movement which runs nationwide for the youth in schools, colleges, universities throughout the world and organises concerts, international conventions, national intensives which includes classical music and dance, folk arts, crafts, yoga, classic cinema screenings, heritage walks,etc.
> Orientation program witnessed presence of Sh. Arun Sahay , Chairman , Spic Macay and Sh. Siddharth Banerjee , National Joint Secretary, Spic Macay . They enlightened the audience with their insightful knowledge and explained the aim and objective of Spic Macay .
> Spic Macay , Galgotias chapter is brainchild of Devanjana Sharma who has been working with the organisation since years herself.
> Event was graced by Prof. Dr. Renu Luthra , Pro Vice Chancellor , Galgotias University and Ms. Vinnie Khanna Mathur , Dean, Student Affairs , Galgotias Educational Institutions.
