ITS Engineering College conducted a Stress Management & Personality Development Programme through Sahaja Yoga Meditation with theoretical & practical knowledge for the benefit of faculty and students of the organization. Sahaja Yoga International has a corporate and educational workshop team that conducts such programs/workshops for domestic and multinational corporate organizations.
Sahaja Yoga is a unique method of meditation based on the experience of the awakening of one’s inner power and the process is called self-realization. This can occur in every human being, resulting in our inner transformation by which we become moral, united, integrated, and balanced. The actualization of transformation is taking place worldwide and has been experienced by hundreds of thousands of people in over 120 countries.
This technique is very simple and easy yet highly effective, thus called “Sahaja”. Sahaja Yoga Programmes are conducted with the sole aim of benefit to the society. Sahaja Yoga India brings to you this great opportunity to experience the joy that lies nowhere else but within. Sahaja Yoga has helped various people to shape the personal and professional aspects of their life. For this wonderful session, we had a team of well-trained speakers who delivered the session so gracefully and names of the speakers were: Ranjana Asthana, she is a visiting faculty of communication and soft skills and IELTS coach, on the same plane we had Rahul Mohan Gupta, he is director operations in an MNC and in continuation we had Veny Taneja, he is a project manager in IT Industry, Along with them we had Pankaj Chopra, Amit Sharma, Amarjeet Singh, Amul Barnwal with us.
Students were enlightened by the thoughts and also they have learned a lot from the insightful session given by our wonderful speakers. This session was a life-changing experience not only for our students but also for our faculty members. It brings a lot of positivity and a shine to the spectators.
