Greater Noida (25/02/2024): Exciting news from Purvanchal SilverCity-2. They’ve once again secured first place in this year’s annual gardening contest hosted by the Floriculture Society Noida, surpassing all other societies in Gautam Budh Nagar.
Their secret? Passion for eco-friendly gardening and involving everyone in the community. Alok Sadh, the President, is thrilled during the accolade ceremony which took place on Feb 24th in Noida. He said, “We are delighted to have won this prestigious award and grateful for the recognition of our hard work and dedication. This year, defending our position required extra effort from both our horticulture staff and residents. Gardening is not just a hobby but a way of life that brings us closer to nature and to each other. We have always strived to maintain a sustainable and environmentally conscious garden, and we are proud of our efforts.”
The residents of SilverCity-2 have been actively involved in gardening for several years, creating a lush and vibrant green space that is admired by all. They have also organized various events and initiatives to engage the community, such as plant exchanges, gardening workshops, and nature walks. These collective efforts have contributed to their success in the competition.
