GNIT College of Management hosts debate competition on social media censoring

GNIT College of Management held a debate competition on “should social media be censored?”.

B.L. Gupta, Chairman of GN Group of Institutes along with Dr. Sharad Agarwal Director General, GN Group of Institutes and Dr.Pankaj Kumar, Director GNIT College of Management graced the event.

B.L. Gupta inspired the students with his views on social media and facts related to its censorship. There were 4 sessions of debate with two teams each representing with the motion and against the motion. The event was judged by Dr. Shalu Tyagi HOD GN College of Law and Krishna Priya Head Training and Placements, GN group of institutes.

It was a very exciting debate with respectful exchange of ideas between students. At the end, Tushar Gautam, Kanchan Mavi and Amit Yadav from team “B” were declared the winner of the debate.
