After the glittering inaugural session of the Induction Program 2019, the second day on July 09, 2019, witnessed an illustrious deliberation amongst distinguished panelists, followed by an intensive interactive session with students. The first session of the day on “Corporate Expectations and Insights for Aspiring Managers” began with evoking the Goddess Saraswati and lighting the ceremonial lamp by Dr. Ajay Kumar, Director, GLBIMR; Dr. Kirti Dutta, Dean & Professor, GLBIMR along with the Chief Guest, Dr. Rahul Chandra, Joint Director, Institute of Company Secretaries of India; The Key Notes Speaker, Mr. Kamalendu Bali; Director, Concentrix and Mr. Gaurav Singhal, Founder& CEO Blue Digital Media; The Guests of Honor, Mr. Puneet Raman, Founder & Director, Prowisdom Growth Pvt Ltd; Ms Aditi Verma, General Manager, Times of India, Noida and Ms. Priti Saraswat, an Enthusiast Travelista and Biker.
Dr. Ajay Kumar welcomed the dignitaries and emphasized that the institute is proud to present this excellent opportunity for students to absorb the knowledge disseminated by the distinguished guests. Dr. Rahul Chandra, during his address, redefined the concept of sustainability and ingrained the sense of responsibility to the society as a committed citizen.
The first session of Day-2 of the induction program witnessed an outpour of curiosity during the extensive student interaction. The panelists congratulated the students on their extensive participation. While Day-I witnessed the unveiling of Optimization, GLBIMR’s Bi-Annual Journal, the second day ended with much enthusiasm, the eagerness for the coming three days is overwhelming amongst the students. It has indeed been an opportunity to learn and grow with the varied array of subjects uniquely depicted in each panel discussion.
