Greater Noida Authority served a notice to a private builder for not providing ample parking space in his commercial project. Greater Noida Authority had received a complainant against the builder on IGRS portal after which authority served notice to the builder.
Complainant Manish Kumar in his complaint against Trident PVT Ltd mentioned that builder is parking vehicles in the commercial belt and on adjoining service road. After which serving notice to builder authority asked the builder to provide parking space in their commercial project as per the construction map approved by the authority.
