G.L. Bajaj ranked among top Engineering colleges of India in MHRD’s Ranking 2018

Once again in NIRF, 18 G.L. Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida has been ranked among the Top Two Hundred Engineering Colleges of India. This prestigious All India ranking was released by Ministry of Human Resource and Development, Government of India under National Institutional Ranking Framework on 3rd April, 2018.

This year around 4000 institutes including IITs, NITs, RECs were analyzed on the parameters like teaching, learning, graduation outcome, outreach, research, placement, etc. After the rigorous screening of 6 months, a list of top two hundred engineering colleges was released. This year again G.L. Bajaj institute is among the top 200 engineering colleges of the country. With this raking, GL Bajaj has become one and the only engineering college in Greater Noida to be ranked among the top engineering colleges of India continuously for two years.

The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) has been accepted by the MHRD and was launched by the then Minister for Human Resource development on 29th September 2015. This framework outlines a methodology to rank institutions across the country.

Speaking on the occasion Vice Chairman of the institute Pankaj Agarwal said that the consistent efforts of the teachers and students are at the bottom of this achievement. He also said that recognition is indeed required to validate the efforts of a team and this is going to motivate and inspire GL Bajaj family to continuously pursue excellence in academics, research and placements.
