Staff Electricians working in Greater Noida Authority have been dismissed from their job.
Today they reached to authority officials with their problem but couldn’t meet to share their grievance.
Dismissed staff members said that they are working in Authority from last 22 years. Till 2016 they were getting their salary in cash but there after salary started getting credited in their accounts and provident fund, ESI fund also starts getting deducted.
Now we are getting to know that authority is allotting tender to contractors and work will also be conducted by them so because of that staffs have been dismissed. There are some contractors who are taking salary for 2 dozen staffs but take same amount work from less number of staffs which is clearly exploitation.
We also had submitted a memorandum to District Magistrate addressed to Prime Minister.
