On Sunday evening two student groups reportedly belonging to Sharda University got into a scuffle in the knowledge park area of Greater Noida.
Police acted promptly on the information and swift action ensured no further escalation of the fight. Multiple VVIP visits on Monday in the region is already keeping police more vigilant during these hours.
Knowledge park area on Greater Noida will be visited by Vice President of India and two senior Union Minister on Friday afternoon.
SP (RA) Sujata Singh has reiterated that substantial police force has been deployed to ensure safe and smooth movement of VVIP’s in the city.
