Department of Applied Sciences and Humanities I.T.S Engineering College Greater Noida organized an industrial visit for B. Tech First year students. 52 Students along with two faculty member visited the Mother Dairy Plant at Patparganj New Delhi. Mother Dairy is well known for milk and milk based products.
The visiting students and faculty members reached Mother Dairy plant where first of all they were explained with Process of Milk collection to packaging of different milk products by the supervisor of mother dairy and then they show a video related with milk processing. After the presentation the students visited the plant. They become familiar with various process related to pasteurization of milk. Students also visited chemical section, where they observed the chemical process to check adulteration of milk.
