S.B.P.B.I.C is organizing a three days workshop on Meditation and Sahaj Yoga for the students.The workshop will be held from 23 .02.2017 to 25.02.2017 where students will be given valuable knowledge about the benefits of Yoga. They will be performing Yoga to develop their memory level and improve their concentration power. Students were advised to eat healthy food and do some exercise
daily to keep fit.The principal of the school Mrs. Rima Dey also told students that Yoga and exercise are the key to live a healthy life.
