Ryan International School, Greater Noida participated in the World Scholars Cup, hosted by Indirapuram Public Schools. Out of 22 schools with strength of 230 students Ryanities excelled in all the four competitive events of Team Debate, Scholar’s Challenge, Scholar’s Bowl and Collaborative Writing. Students showcased their best in different subjects of Science and Technology, History, Literature, Art & music, Special Areas, and social studies. Students displayed their Oratory skills in Debate and collaborating writing, researched on the different subjects and applied their reasoning skills. Ryan Greater Noida won a total of 80 medals by winning 36 gold and 44 silver.
Sampurna Das Gupta emerged as the overall champion in the junior category bagging 13 gold and 3 silver medals. The team of Sampurna, Yogya and Khushi achieved the overall champions runner up trophy. Varad Pund showed his exemplary performace in Debate and was selected for the debate showcase. Team of Varad Pund, Anuj Nagar & Shashwat Pandey emerged as one of the best Junior teams. Team of Aayushman, Yukta & Shreya excelled in all the events. All the three teams were selected for the Global Round. The phenomenal achievement of all the scholars was highly appreciated by the dignitaries present in the felicitation ceremony.
