GREATER NOIDA (18/22/22): DIHE – JIMS , Geeater NOIDA West organised a event “Education Leaders Meet 2022” with principals and professor of different schools and colleges to discuss about how New Education Policy and challenges could be tackled . This meet started with Saraswati Vandana and with the lighting of lamp followed by Ganesh Vandana after that Dr Rashmi Bhatia , Director DIHE – JIMS welcomed all Education Leaders in this event .
Dr. Amit Gupta, Chairman of DIHE – JIMS addressed Principals he said that our biggest challenge is that we have to train manpower and also we have to ensure how our students can compete in this competitive world and not only within the country but also when they go abroad . How to ensure that future of this country is going at the safe hands , I think here our role comes in , we have to ensure that the education at the school level at the grass root level is sharing with the students in the right way and with the right vision. He raised a question . Are we shaping our students to understand what is expected in year 2030 , 2035 when they passout from schools .
Chief Guest of this program Mr. Ashok Srivastava senior journalist of DoorDarshan addressed the principals and also shared his school life experiences. While sharing experiences from his life Mr. Ashok said I got into the habit of coming late because once my principal Sir had hit me for reaching late in school, but that day I reached late due to bus breakdown, I also told the principal Sir that a madam was also with me. I was in the bus, you ask them but they didn’t listen to me and this treatment hit me hard , then onwards I never went to school on time, and this became my habit. So he stressed that punishment has to be given judiciously .
Dr Rashmi Bhatia , Director DIHE – JIMS Greater Noida West also shared her views and welcomed all the guests and also said we thought of this idea and all the principals were so happy and excited to come in . go Education Leaders Meet . She also said all the educators shared their vision and also all the schools are looking forward for their student’s Higher Education , to our college because they think our college is full filling the gaps. And how students are choosing their career I think every students after school is confused about what course to choose ,for example a student want to do CA in future and he is confused what stream to choose whether go for BBA or BCA or B.COM so we have to guide them and we have to show them right path. And I think this program was a great success, she added.
Shri Gajanan Mali , Founder , TEN NEWS NETWORK also shared his thoughts on ranking / grading of schools on the pattern of NIRF. He also appealed principals to come forward to share their views and opinions on this issue .
In “Education Leaders Meet 2022” there were also some cultural performance by students of BJMC were also rendered .
