Students of Ryan Greater Noida had on unique opportunity to attend the programme “ 100 million for 100 million” campaign at Rashtrapat Bhawan organized by Nobel Prize winner Shri Kailash Satyarthi. More than 150 students of Ryan Greater Noida attended the flagging off ceremony by Hon’ble President of India.The students Ipsa Rai, Adit Jain, Nandana Bhattacharjee, Aakaksha Sharma also attended the summit at Rashtrapati Bhawan where Nobel laureates HH Dalai Lama, HSH Princess Charlene of Monaco, HRH Princess Haya Bint AL Hussein, HRH Princess Laurentien of the Netherlands, former First Lady Graca Machel, former Prime Minister of Australia Julia Gillard, Nobel laureates HE Jose Ramos Horta, Leymah Roberta Gbowee, Prof Robert Huber, Prof Yuan Lee, Prof Carlo Rubbia, Tawakkol Karman, Jeremy England were present.The purpose of this campaign was to unite the children of the World for the cause of another 100 million children who are deprived of education, involved in child labour & slavery , involved in child abuse and are not given a world to grow well. This campaign was organized by Nobel laureate Shri Kailash Satyarthi who heads “ Bachpan Bachao Aandolan” and fights for the rights of the children of the world.It was indeed a proud moment of Ryanites to be part of this mega campaign. The school management thanked Shri. Kailash Satyarthi for giving this wonderful opportunity to the students to attend the Campaign launch by Hon’ble President of India
