GIMS Greater Noida organizes a National CME on “Tumours and Mimics of GIT & Hepatobiliary Tract: Revisiting the Past & Exploring the Future”

Department of Pathology, Government Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS), Greater has organized a National CME on “Tumours and Mimics of GIT & Hepatobiliary Tract: Revisiting the Past & Exploring the Future” on 08th October 2021. The CME has been organized under the aegis of Indian Association of Pathologist and Microbiologist, U.P. Chapter. Team of the renowned speakers delivered talks and included: Maj Gen (Dr) Reena Bhardwaj, Senior Consultant (Path) Indraprastha Apollo Hospital New Delhi; Dr Archana Rastogi Professor & Head (Path) ILBS, New Delhi; Dr. Prasenjit Das, Additional Professor (Path) AIIMS, New Delhi; Gp Capt (Dr) Prateek Kinra, Professor (Path) Army Hospital (R&R), New Delhi; Dr Rajni Yadav Additional Professor (Path), AIIMS, New Delhi; Dr Nalini Bansal, Chief Histopathologist SRL Ltd Fortis Escorts Heart Institute New Delhi; Dr Anshu Gupta Devra, SMS&R, Sharda University, Greater Noida. Around 100 delegates and postgraduate students from Delhi NCR, U.P. and Haryana attended the CME.

The speakers updated the audiences with the recent advances and the latest updates in the field of Gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary pathology. Dr. Shivani Kalhan, Prof. & Head Pathology, GIMS has chaired this conference under the patronage of Dr. Brig. Rakesh Gupta, Director, GIMS.
