Greater Noida – Gautam Buddha University Students on Friday organized a Play ‘AZAD: The Unsung Hero’ which is based on the story of Chandrashekhar Azad.
This play was organized on a large scale with a team of 45 members, including the director, prop team, sounds and lights team and it took the students a year to finish the script itself after a meticulous and exhaustive research to keep the facts as precise as possible.
The idea behind this play was to showcase the story of Chandrashekhar Azad, a freedom fighter who is often overshadowed by other freedom fighters such as Bhagat Singh who have received the public recognition possibly pertaining to the youthful appeal as a considerable factor
‘AZAD: The Unsung Hero’ was written by Pranjal Gautam and directed by Shubhanshu Kumar, both are the students of Gautam Buddha University.
