The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA), on Wednesday, started a dedicated counter which will help homebuyers to get all information about any builder which will help them in making the right investment. Officials said that property buyers can visit the counter or call on the helpline number.
The authority has set up a counter on the ground floor of its main administrative building of GNIDA to assist homebuyers. Buyers also can get the details on telephone numbers – 0120-2336046, 47, 48, 49.
Deep Chandra, Additional Chief Executive Officer (ACEO), GNIDA said that the move will help prevent buyers from being cheated by unregistered builders in unauthorized areas.
