Noida police had arrested a total of 11 foreigners for living illegally in a flat under sector Pi area of Greater Noida. Out 11, seven are males while four are female residents who were staying illegally as they don’t have Indian visa. All the accused are from Nigeria. During the raid officers of Local Intelligence Unit were also involved.
SSP Noida said “We used to get complains that they were involved in illegal liquor&drug business.We had conducted drive to identify them&60 national foreigners who don’t have valid documents have been caught,17 of them have expired visas&8 of them have fake visa.”
