I.T.S Engineering College, Gr. Noida, successfully organized a 3 days Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp at Seth Ganga Sagar Jatia Polytechnic, Khurja; from 11th Mar to 13th Mar 2019. The program was fully sponsored by Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India. The goal of this program was to make students aware of the different areas of skills where they can establish themselves as an Entrepreneur and create a job for others.
In this program, students were introduced with the “Entrepreneurship and its Present Scenario” by giving live examples and learning exercises. In the three days camp, they got the awareness about different Funding agencies for entrepreneurship such as Banks, DIC for start-up and highlighted how the entrepreneurial system has evolved in recent times. In different interactions, students got benefitted by knowing diverse career options. In the last day of camp, they had an industrial visit which helped them to provide the first-hand knowledge about the way of working in Industry.
At the valedictory session, certificates were distributed to the participants by Dr. Vikas Singh, Executive Director- I.T.S The Education Group. The program was highly appreciated by the participants in terms of entrepreneurship skill development. The students felt very passionate to turn their innovative ideas into reality
