Greater Noida: LLOYD Business School is hosting the second edition of HR Conclave on 9th February at its Greater Noida Campus. The HR Conclave provides a platform to industries, academia & government representatives to share their knowledge & expertise of Human Resources.
This year the theme for HR Conclave is HR Transform: The future of HR. Change is hitting the corporates at an unprecedented pace & thus requires the three interrelated domains to discuss the future opportunities & challenges for HR function. The Conclave will comprise of two panels which would discuss the way the employers view towards their employees have changed & thus there is a shift from employee engagement to employee experience and the impact of HR Analytics on strategic business decisions.
The Conclave expects a footfall of 250 people including the speakers from HCL, Manpower, Yes Bank, Samsung, Ananda Dairy, HUAWEI Technologies, RDX, Kamdhenu Group etc. To share the knowledge of the industry mentors with the students, 25 colleges from Delhi- NCR are invited to participate in the conclave. For maximum deliberation, LLOYD College is organising an essay competition to understand the perspective of students about the “Future of Human Resources.”
The deadline for essay submission is 30th January & the winners will be declared on the day of the event (9 Feb). Looking forward to enriching discussions & valuable share of knowledge
