District Gautam Budh Nagar is one of the fast growing districts in India and its development during last one decade indicates that the pace of development is more than what was expected. But when it comes to sanitation and cleanness these city are lacking far behind then its nebhrouing district like Ghaziabad.
In a recent survey conducted by Union Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation in terms of rural sanitation, in which district Ghaziabad had ranked 3rd. Ghaziabad is the only city in Uttar Pradesh which is able makes its place in this list. The survey was conducted over a total of 412 districts across the country.
