GL Bajaj Institute of Management & Research, Greater Noida organized a special yoga session on “Yog Se Nirog” by renowned Yoga Expert Ramnish Vatsa on December 12, 2018 under the leadership of Pankaj Agarwal, Vice Chairman, GL Bajaj Educational Institutions and guidance of Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director General.
Dr. Makkar shared that, the art of practicing yoga helps in controlling an individual’s mind, body and soul. It will also help the students in fighting peer pressure, concentrating on the right things and building a great personality. She also emphasized that learning Yoga at an early age can have lasting and immense benefits on the overall health and well-being of the student. Ramnish Vatsa performed some amazing & very beneficial Yoga Aasana’s for the students and also shared that regular practice of yoga can help to lose weight, relieve stress and can improve immunity. Students, Faculty & Staff members were left spellbound by the breath-taking yoga aasna’s and learned the right techniques to use them.
