The campus of GLBIMR was bustle with music, merriment, zest & glee when PGDM Batch 2017-19 welcomed the new Batch 2018-20 with a grand Fresher’s Party- “PARICHAY-2018”. Parichay aimed at cracking the ice between the seniors & juniors, making the new entrants relaxed and at comfort. To mark the commencement of the party, ceremonial lamp lighting was done by Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director General, GLBIMR along with students & faculty members. Dr. Makkar in her address welcomed once again the new batch with pleasant warmth and appreciated the final year students for their efforts and openness in planning and preparing a grand fresher’s party.
The day was filled with swings, tune, excitement and energy. The Semi-Classical Dance by second year students of Batch 2017-19 mesmerized the audience. The listeners were also overwhelmed with the melodious voices heard in group singing on Karaoke by the students. The event also included Fashion Show on the theme – Bollywood.
The gala event concluded with an extravagant DJ Party for the new batch. The heat on the dance floor was unabated and even towards the end the students were asking for more!!!
