On the third day of the Orientation Programme, organised by Applied Sciences and Humanities and MBA Departments, under the aegis of I.T.S Engineering College, Greater Noida for B.Tech first year students, the session opened with a discussion on the Importance, Need, Basic guidelines and processes for Value education by Ms. Toran Kapoor. The students were told about the ways in which they could understand and handle their emotional disturbances on a daily basis.
The occasion was graced by the honorable Chief Guest Mr. Pankaj Vijay, Regional Manager -CASE New Holand Pvt. Ltd. and Dignitaries of ITSEC- Dr. Vikas Singh- Executive Director, Dr. Gagan Deep Arora- Dean: Academic Administration; Dr. Sanjay Yadav- Dean: Student Welfare & all Head of Departments.
Chiegf Guest, Mr. Pankaj Vijay, has delivered on “Expectations & challenges of MBA graduates in present scenario”. He has motivated students to build a mind set for becoming an Entrepreneur, rather running behind a high salaried job.
It was followed by consecutive sessions on Pre-requisite, Importance & Applications of Engineering Mathematics, PDP/Soft Skills Development & students to the issues of ‘Body’ & ‘I’ and their interrelatedness? In order to energize students, further Cultural & Sports activities were organized.
At the end ,Vice Chairman , Shri Sohil Chadha has added that exposure to extra curricular activities , sports and excellent technical & communication skills are the key contributors for complete development an individual as an professional and a thinker- who will be the leader of all inventions…He conveyed his best wishes to all.
