In light of this important aspect of providing a wholesome approach to education, GL Bajaj Institute of Management and Research, Greater Noida conducted a distinct interaction with Dr. Anil Sethi, a renowned motivational speaker. The glittering ceremony commenced with the chanting of auspicious shlokas of Saraswati Vandana and enlightening of ceremonial lamp by Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director General, GLBIMR and Guest of Honor, Dr. Anil Sethi. He shared his rich, inspirational talks and enriched the minds of young aspiring managers on “How to Lead Power Life and Achieve Your Dreams” to encourage them to step into leadership positions in the near future.
He inculcated the spirit of team building, positive thinking and value creation by realizing the power of dreams amongst the students. He emphasized that being thoughtful, responsible and strong will always take our students a long way to deal in this era of competition. Mr. Sethi channelized the energy of the students to help them excel in multiple ways. Through highly interactive video sessions, he helped students to gain a deep sense of consciousness and self realization. Dr. Makkar highlighted the importance of being surrounded by positive and enthusiastic people who are enablers and motivators. She shared that students should keep their ambitions high and be extensively engaged to ensure learning and disciplined way of life.
The week long Induction Program has been a novel interactive opportunity for the young GLBIMR-ians and witnessed the participation of more than 500 audiences compromising of distinguished guests, students, parents ,media persons, representatives of professional bodies, faculty and staff members of the Institute.
