Reportedly in a land usage policy fraud, Meerut Commissioner Dr. Prabhat Kumar has ordered cancellation of land allotment to Bhasin Group on which they have constructed Grand Venice Mall in Greater Noida. The land was allegedly meant for construction of park as per designated area policy of the authority. However as of now a massive building of mall named “Grand Venice” is constructed at the site.
The mall was inaugurated by the then CM of Uttar Pradesh Akhilesh Yadav in December 2014 through Video Conferencing.
Dr. Prabhat Kumar has also given orders for registration of FIR against Bhasin Group Chairman.
