Vivo employees protest demanding hike in their salary

A protest was carried out by the employees of renowned mobile manufacturing unit Vivo demanding hike in their salary. The incident is of Surajpur Police station where the employees gathered in the front of company gate and raised slogans against the company administration. They alleged that there is no increment in their salary from long time as now they are facing problems in managing their expenses. They said that if their demand will not be full filled they will lead this protest more aggressive manner.

परन्तु अभी हाल के दिनों में यहां भारतीय सभ्यता और संस्कृति को आधुनिकीकरण की आड़ में तमाम तरीकों से चोट पहुंचाने का क्रियाकलाप हुआ। इसमें नाइजीरियन नागरिकों का भी बड़ा हाथ रहा है। आधुनिकीकरण की आड़ में दूर दराज से गरीब और किसान परिवार से आये सीधे-साधे बच्चों को ओछे क्रियाकलापों में संलग्न करना, गांजा-चरस का सेवन बढ़ाना आदि शामिल रहा है ।

शिक्षक होने के नाते मुझे इससे बहुत पीड़ा होती है इसी वजह से में इसका समाधान ढूंढने के लिए लगातार प्रयासरथ था। इस क्रम में मुझे कल एक सफलता मिली जो आज आपसे साझा करना चाहता हूं।

में आपको सूचित करना चाहता हूं कि सभ्यता संस्कृति और राष्ट्रीय भावना का संचार करने वाली संस्था ” संकल्प” जो कि सिविल सर्विसेज की तैयारी कराती है। तथा गरीब और कमजोर तबके के आर्थिक व्यवस्था के हिसाब से कम-से-कम शुल्क लेती है। इसी शर्हानिए कार्य को देखते हुए नालेज पार्क-२ में स्थित इनोवेटिव इंस्टीट्यूट के मालिक ने बिना किसी शुल्क के स्थान देने का वादा किया है।

मेरा ऐसा विश्वास है कि ये संस्था नालेज पार्क में राष्ट्रीय विचारों एवं भारतीय सभ्यता और संस्कृति के उत्थान के साथ साथ दूर दराज से आये गरीब और कमजोर बच्चों को सिविल सर्विसेज प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा में चयन में मददगार होगा।

जिन बच्चों की सिविल सर्विसेज तैयारी की इच्छा है उनके लिए जनरल स्टडीज की क्लासेज फ़िलहाल शनिवार और रविवार को चलेंगी। जिसका शुल्क बहुत ही नूनंतम रखा जाएगा जोकि ३०००० और ४०००० के बीच होगा जबकी दिल्ली में इसकी फीस १५०००० रू है।

A Positive Step towards Value Education by ITS Engineering College Gr Noida

MBA Department, I.T.S. Engineering College organized an Expert Talk on “Emerging Trends in FMCG Sector “ on 20 September

The main Objective of the Expert talk was to apprise the students about the emerging trends in ‘Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector’ and encourage them in their analytical thinking and applications of knowledge and mind.

The Expert Talk was given by an eminent person from the industry, Mr. Vivek Jain, who flew specially from Mumbai to share his experiences and expertise to the students .Presently he is National key Accounts Manager of Nestle India Mumbai. He did his MBA about two decades back.

He explained about recent global trend in consumer market like friction free shopping & removing gender bias .He also explained about latest trends in consumer market in India like digitization, making products as per demand of consumer , and encouraging the people to talk about the things which were considered taboo earlier. He further said that middle class consumer is playing important role in the FMCG market. As 90% of Fast Moving Consumer Goods products are related to food , the latest trend is to look towards the village areas and the new concept of farm to fork is taking place. Also the companies of FMCG product have declared a war against the use of plastic. This is good trend. The consumer goods play a challenging trend in today’s market. The market of these goods is changing very fast and so is the marketing strategy. He emphasized that one has to be very careful in this competitive market scenario and take the full advantage of latest emerging trends. He motivated the students to participate in the discussions by analytical thinking .He made the discussion very interesting by giving relevant examples and cases from the contemporary marketing scene.

The entire programme was interactive and very interesting. The students of MBA participated in the event whole heartedly, enjoyed it and got valuable inputs on the subject which is importance in today’s competitive business scenario. Students also got idea of how actually modern day business firms are run effectively in this sector.

The coordinator thanked the Executive Director Dr Vikas Singh and MBA HOD Dr Sunita Shukla for providing such a platform to enhance and adding values to the knowledge of students.

New Delhi/Greater Noida September 20, 2018 Global New Car Assessment Programme (GNCAP) , a UK-based charity that conducts crash safety tests on cars across the world will host its first ever ‘Global NCAP World Congress’ in New Delhi, India in partnership with Institute of Road Traffic Education (IRTE) from September 26-29, 2018 .On September 26 it will launch ‘stop The crash’ Campaign in India as India has maximum fatal road accidents in the world.

GNCAP, an independent charity focused on international consumer-orientated vehicle safety initiatives during it’s World Congress will bring together the community of New Car Assessment Programmes (NCAPs) worldwide to share experience about independent consumer vehicle safety rating. The meeting will also provide a unique opportunity to assess the contribution that safer vehicles can make to the United Nations’ Decade of Action for Road Safety and the Sustainable Development Goals.”” Said Dr Rohit Baluja , President, Institute of Road Traffic Education (IRTE) which is partner host of GNCAP World Congress in India .

The campaign will rally for early adoption of crash avoidance safety systems like electronic stability control as standard across four wheelers. The campaign will be launched at the annual NCAP Global World Congress, which will be held in India this year in partnership with the IRTE – Institute for Road Traffic Education.”he added.

The ‘Stop The Crash’ program will also encourage the adoption of autonomous braking systems, a technology that is known to greatly reduce the risk to both the car in question and other vehicles or vulnerable road users around it in case of a detected crash/obstacle. Global NCAP strongly supports the Indian Government’s mandating anti lock brakes and automatic headlights for motorcycles. The launch of the campaign will take place at the Buddh International Circuit, India’s only F1 track and will be accompanied by live demonstrations of safety systems. Two absconding accused in many cases arrested by Phase II police

Today Greater Noida police had arrested two accused who bereft of under different case registered against them under different police station of region. Phase II police arrested both the accused during a routine checking drive. Police had recovered one knife from each one of them along with a Vivo mobile.

Both the accused were identified as Ashok a resident Bulandshar while his accomplice Sarvesh a resident of Gautam Budh Nagar. Both the accused are had a long criminal in past also. Now they are being sent to jail.
