Computer Society Of India (CSI) conferred “Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida” with the prestigious “Best Accredited Student Branch Award” at the CSI Annual Convention 2016. The CSI-2016 Annual Convention was held on 25th January 2017 at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
CSI confers the award on Institutions based on their Digital Connectivity – Social Impact DGI Director, Prof.S.K.Bagga said that the Institute’s CSI Chapter had done the Institute proud by bagging the “Best Accredited Student Branch Award” for 2015-16. The DGI-CSI Chapter has conducted events such as Latex Workshop, Workshop on Python, Android Seminar, Linux Workshop and several Competitions, all of which saw enthusiastic participation not just from DGI students but also from other colleges.
