Greater Noida (24/12/2021): The Government Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS) Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar (UP) is an autonomous medical teaching institute established by the state Government of Uttar Pradesh established since the 15th February, 2016.
The hospital is fully functional providing comprehensive care in all the specialties. The patient load in the OPD as well as inpatients is increasing day by day. There are approximately 1500-2000 patients are visiting every day and more than 200 patients are admitted in the hospital.

Government Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS) has received Letter of permission from Medical Council of India vide letter No. MCI-34(41) (E-60)/2019. Med/ 115574 dated 20th May 2019 for starting MBBS course for 100 students’ seats and the first batch of MBBS has started since 01 August 2019.
