Meeting with Smt Ritu Maheshwari ji, (IAS), CEO, Noida Authority and Sh. Indu Prakash ji , OSD, Noida Authority

DD RWA President Shri N P Singh ji and some of the issues raised by Shri N P Singh, for immediate resolution on the issues, for betterment of the city are as follows .

1. In all sectors in Noida, power lines should be made underground as presently the condition of the poles and transmission lines is not good and results in power failure with just a little increase in wind speed.

2. The water bill should be uploaded as soon as possible and both the quality and quantity of water needs a lot of improvement.

3. Dog menece is a big issue for the city of Noida, therefore, 4 companies/contractors for dogs should be given a contract to sterilise stray dogs. This will help in keepings the population of stray dogs in check. It is not possible for one company/ contractorto do this work.

4. From time to time, higher authorities in Noida authority should have meetings with the RWAs, which is not taking place for a long time, Madam was requested to organise such meetings every month.

5. Shri N P Singh ji demanded that one OSD level officer be attached to all the RWAs who can take care of all the problems in the RWA and also solve those problems.

6. Sh. N P Singh ji demanded that all the big drains of the city should be cleaned immediately as the problem of waterlogging is a common thing in the city during the rainy season, if the drains are cleared before the rainy season, then the residents will not have to face waterlogging problem.

7. Shri MP Singh ji requested Ritu Maheshwari ji that in any sector where community centers are not built, they should bother to build community centers.

For sectors where the area is very large and geographically it is so far that one has to travel one and a half to 2 kilometers of distance to avail the facility of the community center, help the residents by building a new community center for option in all those sectors Go

Whoever wants to convert their community center into a club should also be given permission to convert it into a club.

8. Shri N.P Singh ji also stressed that construction work of Sector 71 intersection should be expedited as it is the biggest intersection of noida. Because of the underpass construction all the people of nearby sectors are disturbed. The provision for bypass of this intersection to be constructed for the time being. Expedited construction work will help all the residents.

Sanjeev Kumar, General Secretary & President Sh. Anil Prakash Ranotra ji, RWA Sector-51 Noida & Sh. Rajeev Kumar (DDRWA).
1. Madam was informed by General Secretary Sh. Sanjeev Kumar that since the new contractor has been appointed for cleaning in the sector, the problem of cleanliness has increased. The “LOCATION CHART” has not been provided by the authority to RWA nor is it giving details regarding number of sweepers, designated for the cleaning of the sector. RWA has also asked the blockwise distribution of safaikaramcharis , the attendance of the sweepers is also not being shared with the RWA.

As Total 7 block in Sector 51 is from cleaning. It was requested that a list of how many sweepers have been deployed in each block according to the seven blocks should be provided immediately so that the RWA can keep a check on contractor for better cleaning in the Sector-51.

2. Sector 51 Sanjeev Kumar General Secretary in the meeting demanded , Shri Ritu Maheshwari that DMRC Sector 52 metro station should be renamed as Sector 51 as the metro station is built on the land of Sector 51 and the police station which looks after it is Sector 49 which looks after sector 51. whereas Sector 52 area comes under Police station Sector 24.
Passengers are misled by the name of metro station Sector 52 and complaint’s incident to sector 24.
He also informed that the Chairman of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, in his reply, in response to the RTI have said, that according to him also the The name of the metro station should be 51, but change of name does not come under their jurisdiction, only the Noida Authority and the State Government can change its name and in the information to Madam, it was also stated that for the construction work of the metro station, a lot of the land of the children’s park of Sector 51 has been used. The plot on which it is constructed is plot E-1, sector-51.Therefore, Madam is requested to start the process for renaming this Metro station to Sector 51 as soon as possible.
During the meeting, Mr. Anil Prakash Sharan Ranotra ji President sector 51, Noida requested:-

3. To get the work done to recover the E-block green belt which was damaged during the construction work of Noida Metro Rail Corporation at the earliest.

4. Most of the sewer lines of Sector 51 have been blocked these days, due to which the work of Noida Metro Rail Corporation, 4 years ago, 3 large sewer lines have moved towards Sector 72 side become demaged, till date it has not been rectified. Sewer line problems should also be rectified as soon as possible.

According to Mr. Rajiv Kumar Sector 51,

5. Demarcation between the village and the sector is very necessary, every day the villagers beat up the security guards of our sector.

6. Encroachment of land despite status quo orders from the court and rampant construction violating the status quo orders can be seen throughout the village areas adjoining our sector-51.

Nearly 40 percent of the drains in the sector are not covered i.e no cover above the drains which has caused a lot of mosquito infestation inside the sector, covering of drains with drain cover was demanded.

7. The work of the Sector 71 underpass has been halted these days, it should be completed as soon as possible, this construction resulted in the increased traffic going through the sector. We will be able to live peacefully in the sector only after completion of this underpass. As presently the whole traffic is passing through the sectors internal roads .

For the time being till the underpass is built, people should be given a bypass to this intersection, so that we will be able to get rid of the unwanted traffic inside our sector.

Vimal Sharma ji, President, RWA, Sector 50 Noida.

Today, in the gracious presence of the Chief Executive Officer of Noida Authority, the representatives of Noida RWA were informed about the problems of their sector through a zoom meeting. Sector 50, President, Shri Vimal Sharma requested for a quick solution to the following problems of the sector.

1. From the Kothari school to the church, the wall of the green belt should be 5 feet high and with barbed wire over it.

2. Construction of drain and drain from B-112 to Kothari School for drainage of water in the sector.

3. The work of repairing the interlocking tiles around all the parks.

4. E-5 Park renovation work, on the lines of Meghdootam Park.

5. Resurfacing of all roads in the sector.

6. Repair of interlocking tiles of community center.

Pawan Goel, General Secretary, RWA-BCD, Sector 48, Noida.
1. No effective action on restoration of green area in sector 48 even after 2 years of clear orders of honorable NGT

2. Large area of ​​the sector is a victim of encroachment, even if the land is approved for two Community Center buildings, even one Community Center building is not available due to encroachment.

3. The electric wires in sector 48, are covered with trees in such a way that the power supply in the sector is stopped when the wind is running even slightly. Insulated cables should be provided in place of these open wires so that this problem is eliminated forever. A major benefit of this would be to prevent the theft of electricity by slums in the sector.

4. There is no proper arrangement for drainage of rain water in sector 48, Noida.

A copy of the contract allocated for any work in the sector should also be made available to the concerned RWA.

Sh. Lakshmi Narayan ji, RWA Sector 19 and Sh. RC Gupta raised problems in their Sector 19, Noida

They are as follows:

1. Water supply is often done with low pressure, polluted and over-soiled water.

2. Maintenance of LED lights is not good, the lights are bad for 2-2 months.

3. Pillars installed for lighting in 5 parks of the sector have broken from the bottom, they have to be replaced and new lighting is not available in 3 parks. In these 8 parks, the work of lighting poles has been stuck in office processes for the last 2 years, apart from the assurance, no work was done in this direction.

4. After construction of sewer lines in the sector, the construction of the roads constructed from CC has been stuck for the last one year, some roads are also left for carpeting from Damer.

6. I also brought to the notice of CEO, the encroachments by venders who have made permanent shops at several places in the Sector.

Ajit Singh Verma ji, President RWA Sector-72

1- There is a lot of vacant space in Block A Park, it is very important to plant around 60-70 trees, but people outside some sectors are causing disruption.

2- Many plots are lying vacant and some have been left unattended after taking completion certificates, these plots are now having very large bushes and grasses , their cleaning is very important.

1. I raised main points
One our sector is in containment zone and service providers like A/c, TV , refrigerator repair, deny to visit our sector while we have not a single positive case in our sector.

2. All positive cases are in govt hospital so if they mention sector 30 hospital then it will be better.

3. Drain construction tender is pending before lock down

4. Road white line and zebra marking pending since may 2019 , before excuse was election so Achar Sahrita can not do so please allow that also

5. Power and water issue is common , needed under ground power cable as till out side of our gate its pending.

6. Water quality is not good and time and flow of water is less.

There should be proper quality check for the submersible pumps being installed in different parks. the capacity should be known to the RWA. and these should be supported by Warranty terms. or else sub standard pumps are being installed which are becoming faculty within 1 month of usage. RWA should sign the installation report. payment should be done only after validation of RWA .

Sh. Subhash Chauhan ji, President sector 71, Metro Appartment.

There are no contractors in the Horticulture Department in the last 8 months in Sector 71, due to which the work of cleaning the parks is not being done in our sector. Despite having a population of 25000 to 30000 thousand in our sector, there are no markets here due to which the residents of the sector have to face a lot of problems.

1. Talked about arranging for the mother dairy booth in the E & F block in Sector 27.

2. Also, illegal parking on the upper floor of the E Block parking lot at SAB Mall should be stopped. Demanded to stop illegal and anti-social activities in underground parking.

Sir, due to lack of any kind of market in Pocket A HIG flat of Sector 105, the public is facing huge inconvenience and there is no arrangement of transport through Sector 105 108 100 104 etc. Apart from this, HIG of Sector 105 There is a lot of inconvenience due to not having any kind of community building for flats, you are requested to review the above problems and resolve them as soon as possible. We will always be grateful to you.

Anil kumar Singh ji, President, RWA Sector 53, Noida.
1. The drain work in Sector 53 Noida started before the lockdown, making a culvert at Gate No. 1, the gate has collapsed and the work of the culvert and the gate is still pending.

2. Earlier, the boundary wall of the sector was tendered by the authority, but the work has not been started till date.
3. Road resurfacing in the sector has been pending for many years.

4. The empty plats has become very large shrubs, in which the risk of snakes, scorpions has increased and many times requested the horticulture department.

Sh. Sumer Singh Rawat ji, President, Sector 100, Noida.

1. Till date, no drainage has been made for drainage of rain water in Sector 100. Because of which one has to face the problem of waterlogging on rainy days.

2. No contractor has been appointed for the maintenance of the parks. The condition of the parks is very pathetic. Please request to help keep the food clean and green and maintained properly.
3. No major big drain has been constructed on the road coming from Amrapali towards 45 meters road towards main gate in Sector 100, due to which all the water of 45 meters gets collected along the boundary wall of Sector 100 and waterlogging.

There is also a possibility of falling boundary wall due to this, you are requested to kindly take the trouble of constructing a big drain along with 100 sectors.
