As we are approaching towards 02nd October 2019, a date, when the entire Nation will be celebrating 150th Birth anniversary of Father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi. On the same date, the Nation will also complete its 5th year of launch of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
Greater Noida Authority wish to celebrate the occasion in a big bang manner, where entire city will witness events relate to – Compliant Waste Management, Sanitation, Health, Hygiene, Environment.
The event will be organized at below venue, date & time:
Venue: City Park, Opposite Alpha-II, Commercial Belt, Greater Noida (UP).
Date: (Tuesday) 01/10/2019 Time: 07:00AM to 6:00PM &
Date: (Wednesday) 02/10/2019 Time: 9:00AM to 3:00PM
The event is expected to have gathering over 5.0Lacs people from different section of the societies that may include, but not limited to – Schools, Universities, Media, Industries, Resident Welfare Associations, Industries Association, Hotels Associations, Highrise Apartment Owners, Commercial houses, Institutions etc., and will witness events like – Green Rallies (Cycle/ Walking/ Plogging); Competitions (Drawing/ Models/ Best Stall/ Debates); Technology speakers (Sanitation/ Waste Management/ Environment Protection); Cultural Programs & Street Plays etc.
To make occasion a great success, we request participation of your organization in two-day event, where authority will allow you to setup your stall and demonstrate/ display your products, services and capacity building support etc., to help the Public understand the subject well and decide the way forward for a better and healthy living.
Authority will setup stalls of size 10.0SqM (Ten) with a mere amount of Rs.5000/- per stall for a period of two days, which can be made in favour of “Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority” either through a bank demand draft or a crossed cheque. The organization will have the rights to opt one or more stall but will not be allowed to have more than 3 stalls at max. Every stall will be provided with electricity point and a chair, rest all arrangements organization has to arrange by their own.
