Ryan International School Greater Noida conducted Young Director workshop on 6 August. Students from classes VII to XII participated in this workshop.
Ms. Shibani Sharma from ICEPLEX, Ryan Studio, Mumbai briefed students regarding Movie Making, Editing, Various camera Handling Tips and Technique. Students were motivated on how to create short movies on the surrounding issues and issues of their interests. She also informed about an upcoming event – IAFA awards, where students from all over India participate with their videos. She also discussed the different categories in which students can prepare a video to participate.
A media kit inclusive of Gorilla pod (flexible tripod) and clamp, 3 add on lenses, a stylus multi-purpose pen and a course handbook for future reference was given to each students containing various tools that can be attached with mobile and camera to create or shoot a small video.
Various activities competitions were conducted among students to explain the camera handling tips and winners were given prizes. All students received a participating certificate with a media kit.
