Regarding overspeeding on Yamuna Expressway why not minimum standard time to be taken between 2 toll plaza be calculated on the basis of average permitted speed. If any vehicles drives fast and covers the distance in less than minimum standard time , a heavy penalty should be imposed on toll plaza itself. This will surely restrict overspeeding by vehicles.
The toll plaza software can be upgraded regarding the same.
