Dr. Jagdish N. Sheth, a pre-eminent educator and researcher, hailed for his tremendous contributions over many decades to Business Administration and especially, marketing, addressed students and faculty at Shiv Nadar university today. Dr. Sheth is the author or co-author of multiple best-selling books (The Rule of Three; Firms of Endearment, Customers for Life among others) and the source of generation spanning insights such as the ‘Howard-Sheth model’ which remains at the heart of understanding consumer behavior even after 50 years today
