The Applied Science and Humanities Department of ITS Engineering College, Greater Noida has organized “Oral Health Session” for the newly admitted First Year Grad students on 06-09-2018.
The honourable Guests for the event were Prof. (Dr.) Manisha Lakhanpal Sharma and Prof. (Dr.) Amrita Puri from ITS Dental College, Greater Noida.
In the First Session Dr. Sharma has focused on the importance of Oral Health. Also she has emphasized on why we do need regular dental check-ups and how our teeth have always been the crucial part of our life. Extending her talk she said, the health of teeth plays a pivotal role both for our health and for our persona aesthetics. She has also suggested the ways to protect and care our teeth and how the status of healthy teeth can save you from many diseases.
In the next session, Dr. Puri has briefed about the conditions of dental health care in India and why the youngsters need to be careful about their dental health.
The session was observed as very engaging as the young students seems totally absorbed during the talks by the Dental Experts. The event finally ended with a felicitation & thanking note by Dr. Sanjay Kumar Mishra, Prof., Dept. of AS&H, I.T.S Engineering College, Greater Noida
