GL Bajaj conducted 13th Management Development Program (MDP) on “HR Analytics for Organizational Excellence”

GL Bajaj Institute of Management & Research, Greater Noida, conducted its 13th Management Development Program (MDP), on “HR Analytics for Organizational Excellence” on February 16, 2019 under the guidance of Mr. Pankaj Agarwal, Vice Chairman, GL Bajaj Educational Institutions. Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director General, GLBIMR shared that the aim of this MDP was to sensitize participants about Human Resource Analytics – its scope, importance, and equip them with the knowledge of the techniques and tools of HR analytics, along with their application.

The event witnessed participation of delegates from various corporate houses, academia, research scholars and student fraternity. The Chief Guest of the event was Ms. Kamalika Deka, Regional Head-HR (North), Domino’s. Ms. Shweta Sharma, Founder, KoSolve Pvt. Ltd. was the Expert Resource Person. Ms Kamalika Deka shared that the objective of the program was to understand the usage of various HR metrics in all functions of HR to bring organizational improvement. Ms Shweta Sharma shared about the HR functions: Talent Hiring, Employee Retention, Performance Management, Productivity Enhancement, Employee Motivation, Organizational Culture and Measuring Progress.

In line with the legacy of MDPs organized by GLBIMR, this event was also highly interactive and involved brainstorming activities among the participants and trainers. All the delegates were conferred with Participation Certificates. The success of the event was synonymous to GLBIMR’s leadership in Industry interface amongst premiere management education institutions.
