It’s my personal thinking that to accommodate changing life styles wherein families are not only becoming nuclear in size but also forced that both parents are to be on job leaving their kids for care. Such caring of kids in neighbourhood by women who are homemaking but in financial need to earn, should be allowed to do so & not covered in commercial activities. It’s the way we can be inter-dependent society & keeping kids in better supervision. Similarly tuition services, stitching services, providing tiffin services are also kind of home based services. I don’t think anybody doing these services from home is becoming rich except that running their families smoothly
