Chief Minister of Sikkim Pawan Kumar Chamling was awarded with Life Time Achievement Award at IOFAM World Congress 2017.
Union Minister for Agriculture Radha Mohan Singh conferred this award to the CAN.
The award was given to acknowledge the efforts of CM who made possible that Sikkim is declared the first organic state in India.
