Meerut Commisioner Dr. Prabhat Kumar said, " The three communities have maximum role in functioning of the Universe. It’s Plants and Farmers, women and scientists"
He further added, "The situation of all three isn’t good in our nation. 273 billion tone of food production is not a joke, yet farmers are facing crisis. Secondly the women are also facing harrassment on daily basis. Status of science is also not very good in the country".
Dr. Prabhat Kumar said poets and journalist have power to influence thought process of thousands and lakhs and they should do their duty appropriately to tackle issues of the country".
