DM N P Singh today spoke at Public Felicitation ceremony organized on the occasion of his transfer from Gautam Buddh Nagar district.
He said "Vidai is a Sanskrit word and it doesn’t mean that someone is going away, indeed it is a period of commitment of continuation of a relationship. It is period of re-establishing a relation and looking deeper into its values and learnings".
