Ryanites of Greater Noida had the privilege of Interacting with Professor Dr. Rob Furey, who came all the way from, Pennsylvania, U.S.A. Dr. Rob Furey is the head of the department of Forensic Science, at Harrisburg University. He briefed the students about various options that can be taken up by students in the University at the undergraduate level, ranging from biotechnology to Geo Spatial Sciences, to Nanotechnology, Virtual Reality and many other courses.
The students enthusiastically heard him and put up questions related to admissions, placements, course content professional openings, introduction of newer disciplines etc.
He discussed the advantage and future utility of forensic Science as career option.
It was an extremely fruitful session where students got a brief about the procedures of seeking admissions in the university Dr. Furey appreciated the inquisitiveness and enthusiasm of students and the values they were taught by the institution.
