On 27th September, 2018 the department of Electronics and Communication organized an Expert Talk cum Demo on the future of Drone Industry in India. Mr. Kanav Kumar, co-founder of Better drones Pvt. Ltd. was the key speaker on this occasion. The objective of the Expert Talk was to provide the participant an insight on how the drones work and their applications in various fields such as Agriculture, Construction, Surveying, Healthcare and above all public safety. During the talk, it was emphasized on the various initiatives of the Government of India for uplifting Drone Industry in our country. More than 150 students and faculty members of different departments have actively participated and were benefitted with the knowledge and development about Drones, and its application in our country.
