The Chhatha vrata, the World festival- Definitely the sun is the creature of the world, so we are celebrating the "Chhatha vrata". Chhathi maiya is Maa Katyayani ( shashthi). We all are celebrated chhathi, on the sixth day of born of baby. Jai Chhathi maiya! The chhatha festival promote well-being, prosperity and progress. In Hinduism, sun worship is believed to help cure a variety of diseases, including leprosy, and helps ensure the longevity and prosperity of family members, friends, elders and finally the people of the world. I am Requesting Govt. of India to declare chhatha vrata as national festival and finally as world festival.
