On the charge of violating the rules of National Green Tribunal (NGT), the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board (UPPCB) found four builders of Greater Noida to be guilty of storing the material in open and not sprinkling water on the dust mud. The bord has written a letter to City Magistrate Noida and has recommended the penalty of six lakh fifty thousand rupees. NGT rules are being violated openly and due to lack of proper arrangement over construction sites the environment is getting polluted.
