Noida Power Company Limited has started the new helpline for enhancing consumer facility. Now Consumer will be able to register their complaint just over a phone call. Two helpline numbers of companies are already working. With the introduction of the new number, 90 more consumers have got the facility to register their complaint online.
GM Operation Sarnath Ganguly told that the helpline 01206226666 has been started. There are thirty lines available at this number. The Company’s helpline number 01202333888 and 01202666555 are already working. There are sixty lines on these numbers. Call centre can be operated systematically after as new numbers became operational . Consumers will also be able to file a complaint. He said that the Office of the Consumer Disability Forum has also been shifted from alpha II, commercial belts to Alpha I.
